#5 UNH heads into 2010 with two home games!

1/17/10 UNH vs Montclair State University, 1/18/10 UNH vs UMaine

UNH will play two games this weekend against two top 10 teams in the northeast.

After starting off the season 7-0, UNH has found themselves ending the first semester with a 9-7 record.  UNH is currently ranked #5 in the northeast and are in 5th place in the SECHL, though they have played less league games than all other teams in the SECHL. 

On Sunday, January 17th, UNH will play Montclair State University at 12:30pm.  The two teams met earlier in the season in New Jersey.  UNH was down 1-0 late in the 3rd period, but would score two late goals to earn the 2-1 SECHL victory. 

On Monday, January 18th, UNH and the University of Maine will meet again at the Whittemore Center.  The two teams met last month in Orono, Maine.  Though UNH would fight back after being down 3-0 and tie up the game late, UMaine tapped in the game winning goal with only 12 seconds left, handing UNH a 4-3 loss.  Game time is set for 2:30pm.
